What We Do

Photon Energy Assets LLC partners with homeowners to make renewable energy ownership more accessible. Through our Energy Service Agreements, we purchase and manage residential solar and energy storage systems during the initial ownership period, ensuring each project operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all program and regulatory requirements.

After the agreement term, ownership is transferred to the homeowner in accordance with the terms outlined in their Energy Service Agreement, creating a clear and reliable path to long-term energy independence.

How It Works

1. System Purchase
   After installation and utility approval, Photon Energy Assets purchases the system from the installer.
2. Ownership and Operation
   We retain ownership during the service term and handle all operational, maintenance, and compliance obligations.
3. Performance and Support
   We monitor system performance and coordinate with partners to ensure reliability and safety.
4. Transfer of Ownership
   At the end of the service term, the system is transferred to the homeowner in accordance with the ESA.
